Return & Refund Policy

1. Coin & Credit Purchases
All purchases of platform coins or credits are final. Once coins are added to a provider's wallet, they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other accounts, or refunded to the original payment method (bank account, credit card, or UPI).
2. Ad Promotions & Status
No Refund Scenarios
Coins spent on "Live" status, profile bumps, or featured listings are non-refundable once the promotion period has started, even if the user cancels early.
Refundable Scenarios
If a provider's listing or featured ad is rejected by our content moderation team, the spent coins will be automatically credited back to the provider's platform wallet.
3. Account Suspensions & Bans
If an account is banned or suspended for violating our Terms of Service (including, but not limited to, scamming, misrepresentation, or posting illegal content), all remaining wallet balances and active promotion periods will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
4. Technical Failure & Billing Errors
In rare cases of verified double-billing or technical failure on our platform's payment processing backend, we will investigate and process a refund to the original payment source within 7-10 business days.
5. Direct Payments (IMPORTANT)
Vashi Escorts is NOT a party to any transactions, agreements, or payments made directly between users and providers. We cannot and will not issue refunds for payments made outside of our platform's internal coin system. We strongly advise users never to pay in advance.
