- Requests for advance payment via UPI, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency
- Offers that seem "too good to be true"
- Pressure tactics for immediate payment
- Fake profiles with stolen or AI-generated images
- Refusal to provide verification or meet in safe locations
- Always verify the service provider's identity
- Meet in public or safe locations initially
- Avoid large advance payments
- Never share OTP, bank details, or personal documents
- Trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, it probably is
5. Prohibited Activities

- Sharing false or misleading information
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Attempting to bypass platform security
- Creating fake profiles or impersonating others

3. भारतीय आईटी अधिनियम अनुपालन
यह प्लेटफॉर्म भारतीय कानूनों और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 के अनुपालन में संचालित होता है। एक मध्यवर्ती प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में, हम उपयोगकर्ता-जनित सामग्री या बातचीत के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 की धारा 79 के अनुसार: यह प्लेटफॉर्म एक मध्यवर्ती के रूप में कार्य करता है और किसी भी तृतीय-पक्ष की जानकारी, डेटा, या संचार लिंक के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं है जो इसे उपलब्ध कराया या होस्ट किया गया है।
उपयोगकर्ताओं के बीच किसी भी धोखाधड़ी, छल या अवैध गतिविधियों की स्थिति में, यह प्लेटफॉर्म और इसके मालिक कोई जिम्मेदारी या दायित्व नहीं रखते। उपयोगकर्ता एक-दूसरे के साथ अपने जोखिम पर व्यवहार करते हैं।
4. उपयोगकर्ता जिम्मेदारी & धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम
किसी भी सेवा प्रदाता की प्रामाणिकता और विश्वसनीयता सत्यापित करने की जिम्मेदारी पूरी तरह से आपकी है।
बचने के लिए सामान्य स्कैम पैटर्न:
- यूपीआई, बैंक ट्रांसफर, या क्रिप्टोकरेंसी के माध्यम से अग्रिम भुगतान के लिए अनुरोध
- "बहुत अच्छे लगने वाले" ऑफर
- तत्काल भुगतान के लिए दबाव रणनीतियाँ
- चोरी या एआई-जनित छवियों वाले फर्जी प्रोफाइल
- सत्यापन प्रदान करने या सुरक्षित स्थानों पर मिलने से इनकार
- सेवा प्रदाता की पहचान हमेशा सत्यापित करें
- प्रारंभ में सार्वजनिक या सुरक्षित स्थानों पर मिलें
- बड़े अग्रिम भुगतान से बचें
- ओटीपी, बैंक विवरण, या व्यक्तिगत दस्तावेज कभी साझा न करें
- अपनी अंतर्दृष्टि पर भरोसा करें - अगर कुछ गलत लगता है, तो शायद वह गलत है
5. वर्जित गतिविधियां
उपयोगकर्ताओं को सख्ती से मना किया जाता है:
- किसी भी अवैध गतिविधि में संलग्न होना
- गलत या भ्रामक जानकारी साझा करना
- अन्य उपयोगकर्ताओं को परेशान करना या धमकी देना
- प्लेटफॉर्म सुरक्षा को बायपास करने का प्रयास करना

6. रिपोर्टिंग & नियंत्रण
संदिग्ध गतिविधियों, धोखाधड़ी वाले प्रोफाइल, या नीति उल्लंघनों की रिपोर्ट करके हमें एक सुरक्षित वातावरण बनाए रखने में मदद करें।
7. नियम & शर्तों में संशोधन
हम किसी भी समय इन नियमों को अपडेट करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखते हैं। प्लेटफॉर्म का निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित नियमों की स्वीकृति का गठन करता है।
